Do you have a catalogue?
No. All of our products are available to view online. We also have a small shop that displays all our products within our head office.
Can SDparts give an actual time of delivery?
No, please see our Delivery page for further details.
What if some items are missing from my delivery?
Please contact us immediately.
Will I receive a VAT invoice with my delivery?
No, this will be posted separately.
Can I collect my order instead of delivery?
Yes, please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit / debit cards and bank transfer.
What is your return policy?
All returns have to be accompanied by a returns number.
You will then need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01895 623152 to obtain a returns number. Any returns received back without a valid returns number or the correct paperwork will result in a delay processing your return.
If any item has any faults or manufacturing defects on delivery, it will be replaced at our expense.
Changed Your Mind?
You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition as they were delivered. You must return them to us, at your cost. We will then credit for the goods less our postage costs.
Please remember to obtain a returns number from customer services.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition as delivered, with the original undamaged packaging. You should not write anything on the product packaging as the product will not be in a saleable condition and you will not be refunded.
If you are returning the goods it is recommended that you take out insurance against damage or if the goods go missing. Please ensure you wrap the parcel up in an outer box, this way the display or original box will not get damaged.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to you, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 14 days. You must not have used the goods and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to 35% of the purchase price of the goods returned. Please inspect your goods upon arrival.
We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.
